1. Service description

QBOConvert ("the Service") provides online file conversion tools that run in your web browser. The Service converts files between formats including CSV, QBO, IIF, QIF, and ICS. All conversions are performed locally in your browser — no file data is transmitted to our servers.

2. Free service

All conversions are free with no row limits. No account is required. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process files containing illegally obtained data, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that converted files will be accepted by QuickBooks, Quicken, or any other third-party software. Always verify imported data in your accounting software after conversion.

5. Limitation of liability

QBOConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any errors in converted files or data discrepancies in your accounting software.
