Your data never leaves your browser

QBOConvert performs all file conversions entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you upload a CSV, IIF, or ICS file, that file is processed locally on your device. No file contents are transmitted to our servers at any point during conversion.

What we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service:

• Usage data — We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, conversion counts) to understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is included.

What we do not collect

• The contents of any file you convert (CSV, IIF, ICS, QBO, QIF)
• Your bank account numbers, transaction data, or any financial information
• Your calendar event data

Cookies and sessions

No tracking or advertising cookies are used. We may set an anonymous session cookie for basic site functionality.

Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, and all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
